I’m working nights x 2 starting tomorrow, so why not make a late, yummy dinner? 🙂
Turkey breast, red onion and garlic, yellow bell pepper, chunky mushrooms, organic cherry tomatoes, no yolk egg noodles, campbells mushroom soup base, parmesan cheese, cracked black pepper… done!
(It probably seems like I cook a lot of pasta, but I actually don’t. I find boring lean protein/meat and veggies kind of boring to take a picture of… it’s very bland)
Lately I’ve been completely obsessed with putting organic cherry tomatoes in anything I cook (almost). They have such a warm burst of flavour! Mmm.
